Whether you stay in bed or have your morning coffee out on the balcony, you will be overlooking the water and watching the many boats as they come and go from the marina. Sitting approximately 100 yards from the water, this 5th level condo has two bedrooms and two full baths overlooking the condo swimming pool and hot tub as well as the bay. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed and the bathroom is just around the corner. Each bathroom has an oversized ceramic tiled walk in shower. There are no bathtubs in the property.

Complete with Direct TV and internet the condo contains an electric range and cooking utensils, an over the range microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. You will be comfortable here for just a few days or we also offer long term rentals of a month or more. Rates vary depending on the length of stay and of course weekly and monthly stays are discounted accordingly.

The property is located approximately one mile from the restaurants and shops at the marina and approximately 1 1/2 to 2 miles from the center of San Carlos.

DIRECTIONS: STAY ON THE MAIN ROAD ALL THE WAY THROUGH TOWN. STAY TO THE RIGHT AND FOLLOW THE SIGNS TOWARD PLAYA BLANCA. IN APPROXIMATELY 1 MILE YOU WILL SEE A SIGN ON YOUR LEFT THAT SAYS "CIRCULACION". THE CONDOS ARE TO THE IMMEDIATE LEFT OF THAT SIGN BUT YOU CANNOT GO THAT WAY, ITS ONE WAY. YOU HAVE TO GO AROUND THE CIRCLE. AFTER PASSING THE CIRCULACION SIGN (STILL ON THE MAIN ROAD) YOU WILL MAKE A SLIGHT LEFT THEN A SHARP LEFT. ABOUT 200 YARDS OR SO AFTER THAT SHARP LEFT YOU NEED TO MAKE ANOTHER VERY SHARP LEFT DOWN A SLIGHT HILL (VERY EASY TO MISS) AND THAT PUTS YOU ON THE ONE WAY STREET GOING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CONDOS. AFTER THE SHARP LEFT ITS MAYBE 300 YARDS TO THE GATE OF THE CONDOS ON YOUR LEFT. SIGN TO LEFT OF GATE SAYS 385 SAHUARO AVENUE.

IF YOU MISS THE LAST LEFT YOU WILL KNOW IF YOU COME TO A VERY SHARP RIGHT HAND TURN. JUST MAKE A U-TURN AND YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ON THE RIGHT ROAD. IT GOES BACK THE OTHER WAY AND PASSES RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CONDOS. A LITTLE CONFUSING I KNOW.
